From the ashes of the Singer sewing machine company's old headquarters on City Road, London, Barworks have built two fantastic new leisure establishments - the cosy craft-beer focused ground floor Singer Tavern, and the superbly designed and much-praised cocktail bar 5cc in the basement.
In both venues Crossover supplied and installed state of the art Martin Audio sound systems, coupled with outstanding Powersoft amplifiers and the long-renowned digital signal processors (DSP) from BSS, to deliver to deliver a visually-pleasing and superb-sounding audio system to cover the entire range of the two venues' needs - whether it be for background music during lunchtime, turned up to a warm foreground level in the evening, or all the way up to thumping DJ-played dance music on weekend nights and special occasions.
The look of these two venues was meticulously planned and executed and our audio systems were no exception. If you’re in the Moorgate or Old Street area, we can strongly recommend this as great place to see exceptional interior design, a sensitive and skillful re-imagining of a site that has a lot of history, and somewhere that has a great audio system to match the delicious craft beers on offer.
